These are some basic instructions on how to navigate this website.

• Click on a heading in the blue header at top to go to that chapter from anywhere.

• Click your browser's Back button (click here) to return to the previous document.

• Click any image thumbnail (click here) to see a full-size photo or map. 

• Click on blue underlined text (click here) to see an image or to go somewhere else.

• The small text in the upper right (click here) of each page shows where you are.

• Click on this icon to see a full-size photo.  

• Click on this icon to read a story.  

• Click on this icon to see a full-size map. 

• Click on this icon to see a person's family tree.
